Welcome to our yoga studio! We chose to build a yoga studio because we believe that yoga goes hand in hand with supporting your body’s overall health.  At our clinic we want to offer every well-founded service for your mind, body, and spirit and yoga is the perfect fit. Yoga increases your flexibility, balance, coordination, and strength. The unseen benefits to yoga are a reduction in stress, new coping skills, better focus, and a connection to your higher self. Sound good? We thought so.

There is something special about doing yoga in a room with others and the benefits of coming to our studio are immeasurable. Here’s why:

  • You will be with people who share your interest in supporting their health. Having human connection and camaraderie can make your class more fun, keep you motivated, and increase your chances of sticking to your desire to keep healthy.

  • Hearing other people breathe brings you back to your own breath which is one of the principles of yoga. Deliberate breathing calms your nervous system and your body’s involuntary functions. This includes lowering your blood pressure, heart rate, and reduces stress hormones in your blood.

  • According to Harvard Health having a routine is important to stick to your program, not just if you do it a few times here and there. Having a class that you enjoy on your calendar can make all the difference. Life can become hectic and self-care can easily become last place if you do not prioritize it. By setting up yoga classes weekly or monthly it doesn’t become an after thought.

  • Being in a peaceful environment where you are not met with distractions such as texts, doorbells, kids, animals, or the mess in the corner of the room will help you to focus on what’s most important— the present moment.

We now offer a 10 class package for $120. Save $5.00 a class! This package must be purchased in person or by emailing us as it’s not available to purchase online.

Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa is a dynamic style of Yoga that unites breath with music and movement. Commonly referred to as "flow yoga,” this class prioritizes the harmonious coordination of breath with poses, resulting in physical strength, flexibility, a profound mind-body connection, enhanced cardiovascular health, stress reduction, room for creativity, balance and coordination.

While prior yoga knowledge is helpful, Laura Libby is happy to offer modifications to accommodate all levels of experience and injury recovery. What to Bring: comfortable yoga attire, yoga mat, water bottle, and an open heart.

Candlelight Yoga

Immerse yourself in an evening Candlelight Yoga session, ideal for unwinding after a long day and preparing for a restful night's sleep. Tailored for stress relief, this class invites you to stretch, breathe, and experience the soothing glow of candlelight. Enhanced with calming music and a guided meditation, you’ll enjoy the tranquil atmosphere that helps melt away tension, leaving you refreshed and ready for a peaceful night ahead.

Chair Yoga

Chair yoga is a highly beneficial yet simple workout solution that gently improves overall body strength and joint health. With this restorative chair yoga, it provides a blend of yoga and fitness exercises that target common areas of tension, weakness, and inflammation. These healing movements will also help build more flexibility and tone muscles all while being comfortably seated. You will also work with core stability with an assisted chair if need to increase balance awareness. By the end, you’ll support your physical health and move with greater flow and ease.

Restorative/ Yin Yoga

The Yin postures are more floor-based and passive , which often include Holding – Yin poses for a couple of minutes (2-3 minutes) at a time to target the deep connective tissues. The Restorative part of the class focuses on the release of mind-body tension and bringing the nervous system into a state of healing. Both styles combine the use of props but in yin yoga when props are used they are meant to either deepen or ease the stretch. The ending of class has a deep relaxing meditation of your overall journey through class.
